At Gunnedah Security Service we are able to offer a Virtual Security Service for clients - customers that require a one off or semi-permanent arrangement for times that they need an extra reassurance that they or their possessions are being monitored without the expense of setting up a temporary or expensive camera surveillance or alarm system, or it's impractical to do so.

While using the camera on a mobile or desktop device can at times provide a good indication of what has happened, there are times when this might not be enough.

e.g. 1. some one breaks in and steals the mobile device or desktop device that is or has the recording on it as well as anything else they are after.

2.unable to access the device remotely using another device due to infrequent signal or signal reception where you are.

3.needing some one to be contacted urgently but unable to access or reach a phone or mobile because of something happening.

4.needing something or some area watched at a certain time with a call being made if required, etc, etc, etc, limited only by your needs, requirements or circumstances.

Also allowing the flexibility to be able to be done wherever you are, providing there is signal.

Home - Business - Holidays - Traveling - Workplace etc.

There is also the option to have a video - audio recording made if required or needed, which can then be sent to the client - customer if they require.

While there are camera systems and other devices that can record anything happening, are they able to contact the preferred choice for assistance or help if required to do so ( alert you or a preferred contact)? Are they able to be used wherever you go or are? (see shop page on this site for security camera & video doorbell systems that can.)

While this isn't a full 24hr monitoring service, it can be used at the times that either best suit you or at the times that it is required. Making it ideal for those times when having someone else there is either impractical or not possible. (eg. when travelling - staying overnight somewhere - remote location - no one nearby to assist - checking the safety & welfare of someone etc, etc,). Allowing for peace of mind and knowledge that your safety & interests are being taken care of, the way you prefer.

With alarm systems having the sensors facing the doors or windows, possible entry points, it allows for faster activation. Instead of waiting till someone is already inside

Having minimal entry delay also helps to ensure no-one is inside that shouldn't be there. While also ensuring only designated people are.

The same can be done with internal cameras, making sure they cover the desired area + also the nearest potential entry point. This allows earlier detection & response time.

Have systems that alert your mobile or e-mail account directly. Just because you buy a system from a business, doesn't automatically mean they should do the responses. Your system, YOUR CHOICE who responds.

If installing a system yourself or Technically minded, consider getting a CCTV 5 in 1 Camera tester to ensure that your cameras are set perfectly.

Test your system periodically, to ensure that everything is still set the way you prefer, or adjust as necessary.

With camera systems, ensure that the lens or dome is checked & cleaned regularly so you always get the clearest images possible.
